Payment and order processing
Made Wanderful only accepts payment using PayPal (you may also pay using your credit card via Paypal). We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.
All payments are processed at the point of order. Please ensure you provide correct and accurate details when placing an order, so that if any issues occur, Made Wanderful can contact you. We will process your order(s) upon receiving confirmation of your payment.
All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$). Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Made Wanderful tries to be as accurate as reasonably possible in its description of the products available for purchase on the website. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Made Wanderful strives to ensure that screen colours are true to life as much as possible. Due to various conditions including studio lighting &/or computer screen calibrations, the colours of actual products may appear slightly different.
Made Wanderful is a small company and will try its best to fulfil all orders in a timely fashion. We appreciate your understanding if minor delays are unavoidable, especially during peak periods. Our standard turnaround time is between 1-3 business days once payment is received.
In the event that an ordered item is out of stock or Made Wanderful is unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible of a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund if necessary.
All orders are shipped from Made Wanderful’s studio in Singapore. As of now, we only ship to Singapore addresses. We might expand to international shipping in the future.
Unless other arrangements have been made, all orders ship via SingPost. Please select your mailing option during checkout. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice. For SingPost’s regular mail services, post is usually received within 2 to 5 working days of postage. For registered mail, please ensure someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign the receipt.
If, for any reason, the delivery of your order fails and it is returned to us, Made Wanderful can help to arrange for the re-delivery of your order, subject to your paying of further delivery costs. Should you repeatedly fail to receive delivery, Made Wanderful reserves the right to terminate your order, with no refund.
Order Changes, Returns and Exchanges
We ask that any changes to your order be submitted via email within 1 hour of placing your order. Made Wanderful will not entertain any changes to your order after the 1 hour of your order placement.
We check through every item before shipping. Should you receive items damaged from shipping, please report to us within 3 days of receipt, upon which they may be exchanged for product or credit. Only unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned to us (we will pay for the shipping), within 14 days of order payment. Please contact Made Wanderful (shop[at]madewanderful.com) with your order number before proceeding to return any item. Items purchased at promotional or sale prices may not be returned.
Made Wanderful acknowledges and respects your privacy and treats your personal information as private. All personal details provided will be kept safe, secure and confidential and will not under any circumstances be distributed to third parties.
